Privacy Policy

The short version

• You don't need an account to play, and we don't ask for your name, email or phone number.
• Your game progress is saved on your own device.
• The game shows ads from Google AdMob. Google may collect device information, like your advertising ID, to show and measure ads.
• Purchases are handled by Google Play. We never see your payment details.

Who we are

Record Label Tycoon ("the game") is made by Yetiko Games, an independent game studio based in Nashville, Tennessee, USA. This policy explains what information is collected when you play the game on Android, and how it is used.

Information we collect

Game data on your device. Your label name, progress, cash, gems, artists and settings are stored only on your phone. We don't send this data to our own servers. It is removed if you uninstall the game or use Reset Progress in Settings.

Information collected by our advertising partner. The game uses Google AdMob to show optional rewarded ads (for example, "watch an ad for 2x cash"). AdMob may collect and process:

• Device identifiers, such as your Android advertising ID
• Your IP address and the approximate location that can be worked out from it
• Device and app information, such as phone model, operating system and app version
• How you interact with ads, such as whether an ad was shown or finished

Google uses this to deliver ads, measure them, prevent fraud and, where you allow it, personalize them. Learn more in How Google uses information from sites or apps that use its services and the Google Privacy Policy.

Purchases. In-app purchases are processed by Google Play. Google shares a purchase confirmation with the game so it can deliver what you bought. We don't receive your card number, billing address or other payment details.

Your choices about ads

• If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, the game asks for your consent before personalized ads are shown. You can change your answer at any time from Settings > Privacy Choices in the game.
• On any Android phone, you can reset or delete your advertising ID, or opt out of personalized ads, in your phone's settings under Google > Ads (the wording varies by phone).
• All ads in the game are optional. You choose when to watch one.

Children

The game is intended for players aged 13 and older and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided information through the game, contact us and we will help remove it.

Sharing

We don't sell your personal information. The only parties that receive information through the game are Google (AdMob and Google Play), as described above.

Keeping and deleting data

Game data stays on your device until you uninstall the game or reset your progress. Information collected by Google is kept according to Google's own policies. To ask a question or make a privacy request, email us at the address below.

Your rights

Depending on where you live (for example in the EU, UK or California), you may have the right to access, correct or delete personal information, or to object to certain processing. Because we don't hold player accounts or personal data on our own servers, most requests are best handled through the ad settings above or directly with Google. We'll gladly help with any request sent to us.

Changes to this policy

If we add features that change how information is handled, such as online play or analytics, we'll update this page and change the effective date at the top.
